1. Return requests must be submitted to support@brokegalsliquidation.ca within 7 days of picking up the product. After 7 days, the products are considered final sale. Return requests will only be considered for gross misrepresentation in descriptions or pictures. Returns approval is solely at Broke Gals Liquidation Inc's discretion. 

2. Any item marked as "AS IS", "FINAL SALE", "FLAWED", "OPEN BOX" "PARTS ONLY" or "USED" cannot be returned or refunded 

3. No returns or refunds will be accepted as a result of buyers remorse or accidental bidding 

4. The items in the following categories are considered final sale: Health & Beauty, food & beverage, all bedding related items, mattresses, all items that come in contact with skin or body parts, personal hygienic items and intimate clothing. There will be NO returns or refunds on these items. They are considered as is and final sale. 

5. We will not accept walk in return or refund requests. Please wait for a response to your email with further instructions for next steps. We will decline all walk in refund requests. 

6. Refund and returns are subject to warehouse inspection. All items must be returned to us with all parts, pieces and original packaging to be considered.
